We deliver orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, we prepare and dispatch your items promptly. You will receive a notification with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

We offer international delivery to: Greece, Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Austria, Czech Republic, Armenia, Slovakia, England, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium. Delivery cost: Free. Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days depending on the destination. Shipping provider: Georgian Post. Delivery costs do not include customs fees or import duties that may apply under local legislation.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or message with your tracking number. Track your shipment on the carrier's website.

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number. We will investigate and resolve within 1 business day.

Under applicable consumer rights law, the seller must deliver goods within 30 calendar days after contract signing, unless the parties agree otherwise. If delivery is delayed, the consumer may set an additional reasonable deadline; if still unmet, the consumer can withdraw from the contract. Risk of loss passes to the consumer only upon delivery.
