Return Period
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or return. After this period, we are unable to process the request.
How to Request
Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason. Our team will send a prepaid return label by email within 1 business day. You pay nothing for the return shipping.
Size Exchanges
For size exchanges, simply let us know the desired size. If the size is available, we will send the new item as soon as we receive the original product back. Shipping for the new piece is on us.
Returns & Refunds
For returns, the refund is processed through the same payment method used for the purchase, within 7 business days of receiving the product.
Item Condition
The product must be returned unused, with the original tag attached and in its original packaging. Items showing signs of use, washing, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted for exchange or return.
Product Care
We recommend handling all fabrics with care. Wash at the lowest possible temperature using a delicate cycle. Wool garments and natural fabrics should be washed only in lukewarm water, or taken to a professional dry cleaner. Always follow the care label instructions specific to each item.
Right of Withdrawal
Under applicable consumer rights law, consumers have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of receipt to withdraw from an online purchase without giving any reason. The refund will be processed without undue delay.
