General Description

This website belongs to Amamia LLC and its affiliated entities. By accessing and using the website (regardless of whether the User is registered or not), the user confirms that he/she has read and agrees to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions explain how we collect, use, store, and process your personal data when you visit or purchase products on our website.

Purpose of Data Processing

The purpose of processing personal data is to perform operations related to receiving, processing, delivering, providing information about news and discounts, and improving the user experience. The purpose also includes communicating with the User, offering services and/or products of the Company, and providing information about news and updates.

Data Storage

Personal Data is stored only for the period necessary to achieve the purpose of processing or to fulfill obligations provided by law, and for no more than three (3) years. After the expiration of the data storage period, such data is deleted or remains in the system without identification. Marketing data is stored for the duration of the User's consent and is deleted upon request.

Right of Use

Without the prior written consent of the Company, no one has the right to use and/or modify the information, databases, photographic works, maps, plans, sketches, illustrations, designs, etc. posted on the website, nor to reproduce, copy, distribute, process, or otherwise use any work, data, or material. Any such action will be considered a violation of copyright.

Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to change, update, or supplement these Terms and Conditions. Changes shall enter into force upon their publication on the website. The User is obliged to periodically review the Terms. If the User continues to use the website after the publication of changes, such continued use shall be deemed as consent to the changes.

Distance Sales — Consumer Rights

Before placing an order, the seller must provide clear information about: company legal and factual address, all prices (with taxes) and any extra charges including delivery fees, conditions and period for exercising the right of withdrawal, and complaint/redress procedures. The consumer has a 14-day cooling-off period to withdraw from an online sales contract without giving reasons. Delivery must occur within 30 calendar days after contract signing, unless the parties agree otherwise.

Defective Products

If a product is defective or non-conforming, the buyer may demand free repair or replacement. If repair or replacement is impossible or would impose undue cost, the consumer may request a price reduction or full refund. Any refusal by the trader to honour these rights may give rise to damages claims.
